[Remote] Forex Business Development
This is a newly created role which will be part of the Bitcastle team. As we expand into the forex market, we are looking for a Business Development for the Forex team with rich Experience working with IBs global market.

About the job
- Develop B2B client acquisition strategies, such as introducing an IB (Introducing Broker) or affiliate program, aimed at optimizing trade volume and fostering lucrative partnership opportunities.
- Have experience working as IB for other than Vietnam market
- Identify new business, develop new B2B leads and expand the forex business via social media, offline events and own networks
- Create partnerships in new or established markets, present bitcastle’s services to prospective clients and partners
- Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with prospective customers, enhance and build the company's reputation with various stakeholders
- Actively attend to client and partner enquiries, coordinate and solve daily operations
- Work together with the CS team to perform KYC & CDD for corporate and personal account opening.
- Monitor market trends and conducting R&D in the forex market
- Participate in overseas exhibitions and events as required
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
About you:
- Business level English
- At least 1+ years of experience in sales or business development in forex related industries
- Knowledge of FX/ derivatives product knowledge
- Strong interest in finance and trading
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
Benefits:
- Salary $1700 (pay in USDT)
- Fully Remote position (you can sit anywhere you like, if you live in Hanoi_ Vietnam you can work at our CryptoPie Labo office)
- Annual leaves: 12 days/year (+1 as worked year), holiday as your country’s calendar.
- Working hour: Mon-Fri (from 8AM- 5PM)
- Provide working devices.
