• Provide data support to business teams by analyzing user/customer data, transaction records, and P&L reports.
• Manage the listing sales pipeline from sales closure onwards, including the integration process.
• Liaise and coordinate with marketing, product, customer support and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of products
• Assess and monitor key indicators of cryptocurrency projects and evaluating the effectiveness of partnership and campaign initiatives
• Monitor market trends and conducting R&D in the cryptocurrency market
• Assist in transaction monitoring and KYC 
• Handles customer deposit, ensuring smooth withdrawals 

• Monitor deposits/withdrawals and resolve transaction mismatches using blockchain explorers.
• Create dashboards and reports (Google Sheets, Redash, BI tools) to track volume, P&L, and commissions.
• Identify suspicious activities and escalate fraud cases to senior operations staff.
• Support token listing by testing deposit/withdrawal functions, UI checks, and rate conversions.
• Draft and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring operational workflows.

Requirements: 

• Business level English.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheet, able to create basic to advanced formulas.
• Familiar with cryptocurrency or blockchain technology.
• Good relationship with team and cross functional communication skill.
• Fast learner, hard worker and team player.

• Have a good sense of cooperation and working with a team.
• Able to act independently and proactively.
• Experience in customer support.
• Japanese Speaking (good to have)
