• Web and Mobile App UI/UX Design: Create compelling, user-centric designs for our web and mobile trading platforms. Build a strong layout and user experience. 
• Marketing and Social Media Materials Design: Collaborate with our marketing team to design visually appealing and on-brand materials for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and other promotional content.
• Manage user researchers to ensure consistency and consolidation of insights.
• Map, synthesize and visualize the holistic customer experience across channels, propositions and business lines.
• Use design thinking, data and agile practices to solve customer and business problems.

• 3+ years’ experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and creativity
• Figma Proficiency: Expertise in using Figma for designing and prototyping is essential. 
• Experience wireframe, UIUX KIT, prototyping, user flow, user journey, usability testing, visual design for web and app
• Willing to learn new things such as blockchain technology and product design skills.
• Good self-learning, research ability, logical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Proven experience in working with minimal supervision.
• Working well with Frontend and Mobile team. 
• Experience with 3D animation is a plus. 
• Experience with Japanese design style is a plus. . 
• Experience working in financial products or blockchain products is a plus

• Salary range $1300-$1800 (paid in USDT)
